Rules for using this independent cruise information resource, including booking links, casino material and changing itinerary information.

1. Acceptance
By using krachtvanmorgen.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using the site. These terms govern this independent editorial resource and not any contract you may form with a cruise operator or travel seller.
2. Independent status
Kracht van Morgen is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by Norwegian Cruise Line. Norwegian Prima is a real NCL ship discussed for informational purposes. Nothing here creates an agency, partnership or official customer-service relationship.
3. Cruise information
Ship facts are researched from official material and paraphrased. Facilities may be unavailable, modified or subject to conditions. Deck plans, accommodation codes, services and onboard programmes should be verified with NCL before reliance.
4. Casino information
Casino content is descriptive, not an invitation or guarantee. Confirmed Norwegian Prima information includes a Deck 6 casino, reel and video slots and table games including blackjack and craps. Specific machine, table, limit and jackpot claims are not made.
5. Age restrictions
NCL currently states that guests must be at least 18 with valid identification to gamble and claim winnings. Casinos At Sea programme membership has separate published eligibility, including an age threshold of 21. Operator terms control.
6. Responsible gambling
Gambling involves financial risk and should be treated as paid entertainment. Set time and spending limits, never chase losses and seek support if play causes concern. Availability of casino access does not imply suitability for every user.
7. Booking enquiry
Our enquiry form is a planning tool only. It does not search live inventory, reserve a cabin, hold a fare, process payment, issue travel documents or transmit a confirmed booking to Norwegian Cruise Line.
8. Third-party booking
A link may take you to NCL's official booking engine or another third-party service. Any reservation, payment, cancellation, refund, package or insurance contract is between you and that provider under its terms.
9. Routes, dates and prices
Cruise routes, port calls, departure points, dates, taxes, fees, availability and prices change. Weather, safety and operational decisions may alter an itinerary. Only the operator's live offer and final documents should guide a purchase.
10. Travel requirements
Users are responsible for passports, visas, entry rules, insurance, health requirements, transport to port and suitability of a cruise. Seek authoritative government and operator guidance for personal circumstances.
11. Accuracy and updates
We aim for careful, source-backed publication but cannot guarantee that every page is complete, current or error-free at every moment. A date or destination shown as an example is not a representation of remaining inventory.

13. Intellectual property
Original site copy, structure and code are protected to the extent allowed by law. Norwegian Prima, Norwegian Cruise Line, NCL, The Haven and Casinos At Sea names and marks belong to their respective owner and are used descriptively.

You may browse and link to public pages for personal, lawful research. You must not disrupt the site, bypass security, submit malicious material, misrepresent affiliation, scrape unreasonably, or reuse content in a deceptive commercial service.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties concerning uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose and error-free information.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions based on stale schedules, external services, lost bookings, gambling losses, travel disruption or indirect loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, users are responsible for loss caused by their unlawful misuse of the site, infringement of rights, malicious submissions or false representation that they act for this project.
18. Changes
We may modify pages, features and these terms. The effective date indicates the current version. Continued use after publication means the revised terms govern subsequent use, subject to rights that cannot be waived.
