How this independent guide handles information supplied directly to us, browser storage, technical logs and external links.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to krachtvanmorgen.com, an independent information resource about the real Norwegian Prima cruise ship and its onboard casino. It does not apply to Norwegian Cruise Line, booking engines, travel agents or support services reached through external links.
2. Independent controller
Kracht van Morgen determines how data submitted directly to this website is handled. We are not Norwegian Cruise Line, Norwegian Prima, Casinos At Sea or an onboard casino, and we do not receive access to NCL guest accounts merely because we link to NCL.
3. Data you provide
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, selected enquiry reason and message. Do not send passport details, payment card data, medical records, NCL login credentials, booking references or casino-account information.
4. Enquiry planner
The cruise enquiry form prepares an on-screen summary. The current implementation does not transmit the form to NCL or create a reservation. Users should still avoid entering sensitive information into free-text fields or future versions of forms.
5. Technical data
Normal web hosting may process IP address, request time, browser type, device information, requested URL, referring page and security logs. These records support delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and website integrity.
6. Legal bases
Where UK GDPR applies, processing may rely on consent, steps requested before a service, legitimate interests in operating and securing an editorial website, compliance with law, or the establishment and defence of legal claims.
7. Purposes
We use personal data to answer genuine messages, review corrections, respond to accessibility or privacy requests, maintain security, diagnose faults, understand aggregate site operation and meet legal obligations. We do not use contact messages to create NCL profiles.

This editorial site is not designed to collect data from children. Casino content is informational and gambling on NCL requires the operator's published minimum age and valid identification. Parents and guardians should supervise online use.
