A plain-English account of the limited browser storage used by this static site and the separate practices of linked services.

1. Purpose
This policy explains cookies and related browser storage used on krachtvanmorgen.com. The site is an independent Norwegian Prima information resource and does not control cookies placed after you follow a link to NCL or another third party.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser and returned to a website. Similar technologies include local storage, which keeps a value in the browser without automatically sending it with every web request.
3. Current consent record
Our cookie notice records your choice in localStorage under the key cookie_consent. The value is used only to decide whether the banner should be shown again on that browser.
4. Accept choice
Selecting Accept stores an accepted status. The banner then closes with a short visual transition and should not return unless storage is removed, browser settings block it or the site changes its consent implementation.
5. Close choice
Selecting Close stores a dismissed status so the notice does not repeatedly obstruct the page. Closing is treated as a saved interface preference, not permission for optional advertising cookies.
6. Essential operation
Essential technologies may support security, load balancing, basic forms and delivery. Where a technology is strictly necessary to provide a requested service, consent may not be required, though transparency obligations still apply.
7. Analytics
This static release does not intentionally install a third-party analytics package. If privacy-respecting analytics are introduced later, this policy and the consent interface will be reviewed before optional tracking is enabled.
8. Advertising
This static release does not intentionally place behavioural advertising cookies. The site may contain links relevant to cruise booking, but a normal hyperlink is not itself an NCL booking cookie on this domain.
9. Embedded content
We avoid embedded third-party players and booking widgets in the current release. If embedded services are added, they may set their own technologies and will require an updated explanation and, where applicable, consent control.
10. External websites
The official NCL site, booking engine, responsible gambling services and other destinations have separate cookie practices. Their banners and settings are controlled by those organisations, not Kracht van Morgen.
11. Duration
The localStorage consent value has no automatic expiry date. It remains until browser storage is cleared, private browsing ends, the browser removes site data or this website changes or removes the key.
12. Managing storage
You can inspect or remove site data through browser privacy settings. Clearing data for krachtvanmorgen.com causes the notice to appear again because the site can no longer read the saved choice.
13. Blocking technologies
Browser controls can block cookies or storage, but parts of a site may lose preferences or form behaviour. The core editorial pages are designed to remain readable even if localStorage is unavailable.
14. Do Not Track
